Hey Sanidhya! Great to connect with you.

I’ve been actively building and organizing tech communities and hackathons. We’ve hosted several large-scale events, including HackWithUP (25K+ registrations), EliteHer (10K+), Elite Hacks (8K+), and CodeStone (2K+ registrations).

I’m also associated with the AWS Student Community Builder / Student Community programs and am a GDG on Campus Lead. Alongside this, I’ve organized various community initiatives and events, including events hosted at Microsoft and Paytm offices.

I’d love to explore how we can collaborate with MLH and build impactful hackathons and developer-focused events together. I believe our community reach and execution experience could create some really strong opportunities.

Would love to connect and discuss this further. Please feel free to reach out to me!

Love how your journey went full circle — from grabbing swag at the MLH booth without even knowing what it was, to now being the person running that booth for the APAC region. That transition from volunteer to organizer is where a lot of community builders cut their teeth, and it's cool that you got to experience both sides before stepping into the HCM role. The Bengaluru dev community is going to benefit from someone who actually understands what it's like to be on the other side of the registration table.

Thanks a lot. If you're ever organising an event or see an amazing event, tell them to reach out to us at league@majorleaguehacking.com. We would be happy to support the growing APAC community.

What stands out here isn’t the title change, but the progression behind it: volunteer → hacker → organizer → Coach → HCM. You learned the community from almost every side before taking responsibility for helping grow it. That kind of experience is hard to fake. Congrats, Sanidhya — looking forward to seeing what you build with the APAC hacker community.

Inspiring journey. I myself found about MLH from Hack The Space hackathon at our college, though I was not selected for the event, I started attending Global Hack Weeks.
