This one tip per episode format is helpful for beginners, because it keeps the practice small. One habit that works well is to try the tip on one small real task on the same day, then save the prompt and the result together so you can see what changed. That short loop makes it easier to remember than watching several tips at once. Do you learn a new tip better by watching first, or by trying it yourself first?
under a minute per tip is the right length for this kind of thing.
